This stunning four-bedroom villa is located within a large estate on the route Amizmiz, in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, just 35 minutes from Marrakech. with views over the pool and onto the Mountains and behind the house looks onto the Agafay Desert. All the Bedrooms are spacious with en-suite Bathrooms and open fireplaces. Each has its own terrace or balcony. The master bedroom has two Shower rooms and vanities with a large double ended bath looking onto the roof terrace.

There are two kitchens, a family kitchen and a service kitchen for preparation and storage. Leading off the kitchen is an  outdoor dining space which seats 10 people and overlooks the pool. Next to the rose garden, there is also a dining gazebo with a built-in BBQ .

The shaded outdoor seating area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large Beds and sun loungers surround the 18 meters pool.The villa offers ample private grounds and exquisite interiors; perfect for private time with family and friends.

The villa has access to the neighbouring Hotel a few minutes walk through gardens.

There is a Private entrance to the Villa and you can drive right up to the front entrance.
